Master Butcher James Haig has over 39 years experience in the industry. He has worked and ran small Q Guild Butcher Shops, worked and ran full throughput abattoirs, was a regional Meat Manager for a major supermarket and set up one of the most exclusive organic meat brands in the country. Having worked with many top Chefs including Gordon Ramsay, Haigs are truly a name you can trust.

From our 2,300 square foot premises at Arch 7, Palmerston Road, Aberdeen we house an award-winning butchery and a dedicated kitchen where our team prepares fresh ready meals and pies daily.

What started as a small family operation has grown into one of Aberdeen's most trusted names in quality meat. With our mobile shop covering the region, we make it easy to enjoy the best meat right in your neighbourhood.
